When I joined Confident and Killing It, Tiwa needed a steady right hand to help manage growing demand for her work across coaching, public speaking, and content platforms.

As her virtual assistant, I handled operations across several parts of the business — helping her stay focused on visibility and impact, while I managed the backend.

I worked on content creation for her podcast and blog, kept the website fresh, managed outreach for B2B speaking opportunities, and handled LinkedIn engagement. I also supported her coaching academy by researching new income streams and tracking speaking engagements from contract to payment.

Whether it was drafting speaker contracts, managing her emails, coordinating travel, updating the Notion dashboard, or sending invoice reminders — I kept things moving.

💡 The result? More time and clarity for Tiwa to focus on growing her message and her movement — while I handled the details.

✍🏽 Podcast Blog Post Transformation

I turned raw podcast notes into blog content that felt like Tiwa’s voice while staying SEO-friendly, clear, and valuable to her audience.

🗂️ Project Management (Notion)

Used Notion to manage Tiwa’s entire task board — tracking contracts, B2B outreach pipeline, hotel booking, research, invoices, and scheduling. This helped ensure nothing slipped through the cracks.
